DEFECT: Option to enable Parent Relationship Queries Not Exposed on DeveloperForce version of App #575

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Developerforce version of WorkBench
2. Go to Settings or SOQL Query Screen
3. No Options are present to enable Parent Relationship Query Lookup, Also no 
Help Text Displayed stating that this is not available in DeveloperForce 
version of the app.

Thank you for reporting this. I made this overrideable for the case of 
workbench.developerforce.com and forgot to actually enable it on the server. 
This should now work for you.
