REST Explorer instrumentation chocking on query params #581

USER REPORT:
I'm seeing a funny possible workbench issue... when I click on a link with 2 
query parameters separated by & on it, the result I end up with is from the URL 
with only one query param. it looks like this are getting confused because when 
I click on the link Workbench adds its own &autoExec=1 at the end

in particular, when I click on 
/services/data/v23.0/chatter/feeds/news/005xx000001T8y0AAC/feed-items?page=2012-
05-18T18%3A01%3A28Z%2C0D5xx0000000JFbCAM&pageSize=3 what I actually end up at 
is 
/services/data/v23.0/chatter/feeds/news/005xx000001T8y0AAC/feed-items?page=2012-
05-18T18:01:28Z,0D5xx0000000JFbCAM
