DEFECT: Not able to delete records #597

Not able to delete records. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should report delete successful. Check attached for what I see. 

What version of Workbench are you using?
25.00

On what operating system and browser?
Windows. Browser - Chrome

Please take a look at the error message. You are not able to hard delete 
records without the "Bulk API Hard Delete" permission enabled on your profile. 
Note, you should not be getting this for a regular (soft) delete operation 
(i.e. the hard delete option would have to be explicitly checked). If you are 
in fact getting this for a soft delete, please open a new issue for that.
