Made some post-hoc changes in addition to style edits:

Couldn't find anything supporting $1000 for GetResponse so set it to $98 or more
Same for Sendinblue and $1800, so set it to their top listed tier ($65 or more)
Renamed sendinblue to Brevo, their site redirects
