Adds Sonatype. Nexus Repository OSS is free and open source, but Nexus Repository Pro is needed for SSO, which adds a $13 per u/m fee.

I'm not sure I can merge this, as sso.tax has historically excluded free tiers. It seems that Repository Pro is the lowest cost paid version of the product and includes SAML support. I'm not sure if this extends to the other Sonatype products for which I can't see SAML support listed.
