Add Pendo #40

Last vendor remaining from @radius314's list that isn't on the main list or in a PR already.

@radius314 - just took another look at this, you have $5000 listed for Pendo, but on their pricing page I only see a free tier and the paid tier (which is presumably $5000). I've so far not been including comparisons to free tiers because I assume companies don't actually want B2B companies on free tiers. Any thoughts? I don't know much about their product.
