Adding in OneSignal they don't list pricing publicly, but they do say in their documentation that SSO requires the Enterprise edition. Source
The enterprise edition requires a call/meeting (which the sales rep never joined at the organised meeting time), but after which they emailed me about the SSO pricing advising me that the Enterprise plan requires a minimum commitment of USD$8000 per annum.
They have a free tier, but I went with their only advertised price of $9 per month. For the percentage increase, I took the monthly average of the minimum yearly commitment ( 8000/12=666.66 ) and used that in the percentage increase formula.

(666.66 - 9) / 9 * 100 = 7307%
