Incorrect Date & Time in TODO Results Heading #36

My TODO results file is showing:

TODOS @ Monday 12 November 2012 01:04. It is TODOS @ Sunday 11 November 2012 20:04 where I am located. (Canada EST)

UTC vs local. Not entirely sure why I stuck UTC in there.
