SublimeTODO doesn't appear to add a scope (such as text.todo) to comments that match a pattern, meaning the only way to find TODO items is to use the Show TODOs option and bounce between tags.
Setting a scope would allow users to set a custom highlight in their colour scheme, meaning TODO items get spotted when scrolling past, rather than when explicitly searching for them. (Users who don't want this can simply not set a highlight colour :)
