Highlight TODO flags #48

Vim and other editors highlight the TODO/FIXME/etc. flags in the code, so that they are easy to see when quickly scrolling through code (which is really handy !)

As the leading todo plugin for sublime text, I thought I could ask for this here. I hope you'll find the idea interesting and will implement this ! Anyway thanks a lot for your great work which help lots of us every day :)
