Simple test case #7

Let's get a (integration) test case that inputs or generates a small fixed set of values and checks that it does approximately the right thing. That would then allow things like #2 to be easier to do.

We have inital conditions that can be used in hackathon/init_conds/. I think the solar system is a nice small test case. The files are [model]_[number of part]p_[number of time steps]step_init.dat
