fighting game using keyboard control issues. #334

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.the king of fighter neowave
2.all characters with ← ↓ → or → ↓ ← move command, cannot perform.
3.special move command ↓ ← ↓ → or ↓ → ↓ ← also cannot perform.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
smooth output.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
demul v0.582 with window 7 32bit
