Unable to turn TV power off #34

Using HASSIO 3.8 and can not turn the TV off no matter what version of the TV I use. The tv is a 2019 tv with TIZEN and seems to only work with the QLED plugin for the inputs.

When I press the power button on HA I get this error: Failed to call service media_player/turn_off. {'event': 'ms.channel.unauthorized'}

It used to work... but now it's stopped working.

having this issue on a Samsung QN800A running on a raspberry pi distribution. I can turn it on, but can't turn it off. I do not have any errors appearing in the log (if I am looking in the right place)

EDIT: I had the wrong component loading... I do get an error

Failed to call service media_player/turn_off. {'event': 'ms.channel.timeOut'}
