Remove glibc patch, install sbcl maxima backend #115

Glibc patch link seems broken, and after removing no problems were identified. It seems maxima-sbcl is needed to make use of sbcl quicklisp libs.

Thanks for contributing this patch. Looks OK to me; I don't use Docker much so I haven't tried to run it myself, but it seems like a good idea to avoid patching glibc, and the other changes make sense.
