Hi, I did some changes to your code. Maybe you will consider some of them as valuable. I think it would be nice to add calibration :) If you would like to accept this PR, please do the proper CR. I'm new in this area. Thnx in advance for understating.

Thank you for the contribution and the expamples. They look very useful. May I ask you to spend a few words about the new methods in the documentation file README.md.
