mimxrt/1170evk: Initial upgrade of linker scripts and SDK - DOES NOT COMPILE.

• Upgraded linker scripts to take into account parts of the new regions. Kept names for memory regions (itcm,dtcm,ocram vs qacode,data,data2)

  Did not take over rpmsg_sh_mem!

• Upgraded lib/nxp_driver to point to my repo with upgraded SDK (NOT SURE IF THAT WORKS!)

• Upgraded Makefiles to support different structure of 1170 and minor modifications to other build scripts, too.

• Upgraded *_af.csv

  • remove whitespace
  • fixed names
  • added ALT10 column

DOES NOT COMPILE:

• 1170 SDK has differences in adc and trng (I have only inspected so far)
