Fixes #3, #4, and #5

I re-generated the parser files since the .jj file had stale information regarding our project structure.

I also removed the Makefile since it's easier to copy+paste the command from the README than to maintain Make. Until we add the new build system in #1, we should use either an IDE or the command line from the README

Do we want to add an approval requirement? At least one of us needs to approve?

Yes, we will require at least one approval before merging. Two seems too much of a hassle when we're busy with other stuff 😄
