You could try to re-sync this note first. If they are still not synced, then you could upload the error log.

Hi, in the menu entry 'Note' you will find the entry like 'Reindex Note', so please select a note and run this ... But I could not say if this helps.

Append something such as a blank line to the note to mark it as needing to be synced, and then sync.
