Just my 2 cents: I have modified the cli/ginkgo.sh to create a compressed tarball that includes only the last directory in the path of the files. There is also a change in the process.R to auto-detect the installation directory. I haven't modified the other R scripts as I only tested process.R but should be easy to do.
