9 months ago Hi I am having the same issue but I used Ginkgo just fine a week ago. I tried clearing cache/cookies and using an incognito window. The upload page shows the files successfully uploaded but none are visible on the next page and selecting "all cells" doesn't work. I can send the link to my run if needed for debugging. 9 months ago Apologies for the delay, Here is the link to the run that won't let me select any cells. We've tried to set up the command line version of ginkgo but not had much success yet.

After uploading the .bed files, I cannot select any cells in Step1, therefore when trying to start the analysis the error message 'Please choose at least 3 cells for your analysis.' pops up. Is it something that can be fixed? Thank you so much for your help! Best Ronja
