Broken layout in IE7 #117

The PageStart element is displayed in its own column

Tested in IE7 for Vista and via http://browserlab.adobe.com

works in IE8, apparently?! ( yes, it seems )

DocType/quirks mode = red herring

Hacky workaround in place which hides the troublesome PageStart element for IE7 only
