RMTPT does not work with Java 7 #482

After installing Java 7 on a Windows 2003 Server, RTMPT does not work anymore. 
This is probably because of problems with changed behaviour in Java 7 regarding 
Tomcat 6. 

I had to revert to Java 6 in order to get it working again. 

The Red5 package needs to be updated with the lastest Tomcat version and made 
to work with RTMPT. Unfortunately I don't have the skills necessary. Hope 
someone can help. We should be able to upgrade Java.

I never saw this issue personally nor have I heard about it until now. The 
later versions of red5 starting at 1.0.1 (i think) have the latest Tomcat.
