Slowmo' video when playing back - in Flash Player - .flv files recorded with Red5 1.0.2 #499

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to http://www.ideaweb.it/eng/player.cfm
2. stream rtmp://107.170.103.58/vod/videoStream_1398692284307_121
3. the audio will play fine but the video will play in slowmotion and last more 
than the video's 11s length

The issue has been replicated with a different streaming player however it can 
not be replicated with VLC.

The .flv file is recorded from webcam using Red5 1.0.2 with 
fileconsumer.delayed.write=false and it's playing back from a Red5 1.02 media 
server.

The flv's structure seems to be OK, here's the contents of the .meta file

The .flv contains Sorenson video and NellyMoser ASAO sound.

I've copied the file to a FMS4 server and it will only play for about 2 seconds 
and then remains stuck.  I've tried with 2 streaming players with the same 
result, it get's stuck 2 seconds into the video.  
I've also tried fixing the .flv with AMS' flvcheck.exe with no improvement.
