Use conceal to hide the secrets #1

Can use conceal to do something creative, like replacing the text in the secret file with locks or something until you press "y" to enter the file.

That’s a great idea for a very promising plugin! Please let me ask you to not use some for example nerdfont icon by default, but rather a universal character like * or • and make the conceal character customizable via an option.
