Added support for terraform-provider-oci #7

This PR will add support for the terraform-provider-oci. I also added the oci_core_instance resource as a test in test_render.py. Please review and let me know if there are additional requirements to merge. Appreciate your maintaining this docset.

Hi @magicmicah 👋 and thank you for the contribution!

As version/providers is generated by the list of providers given in scripts/providers.py, I've gone ahead and added oracle/oci to that list. The new provider will be available in the next release of the docset.
