Allow filtering historical figures by race

Hi, I haven't written Java for quite a long time so don't hesitate to tell me if anything's wrong :)

This adds a with all races on the historical figures list's filter with all races. There's some convolution involved because a few beings seem to have a null race, which I chose to display as "UNKNOWN".

Also, I moved the filter (in the HTML code, but it stays the same visually except it doesn't break when the select becomes too wide) to make it, I think, more consistent with Bootstrap's grid model, but I'm no Bootstrap expert either.

Thanks for the comments, it should be better now. As for the other pull request, I can rewrite that into a single commit to keep things cleaner.
