Function of client.setHotWaterSupply #13

Hi, I'd like to get some clarity on the exact use of the client.setHotWaterSupply function. Is this used to fully disable/block hot water supply from the heater (regardless the setpoints on the thermostat)? I'm working on an automation project in which my gas heater and solar heating work together. There are some states where I'd like to block the hot water supply from the gas heater. Thanks for the great project!

If I remember correctly, it completely turns off (or on) hot water generation by the boiler. I think, but not sure, that this setting will last until the next setpoint (since I don't have an Easy myself anymore I can't test this, though).

Sounds like an interesting project you're working on :D I have a solar collector/boiler myself, but the solar boiler feeds the gas boiler (basically a sort of hot-fill) so a pretty simple system.
