It's been working fine for me for several months now. What version are you using?

I tried version 2.8.2, couldn't find any newer version. I ended up using the MailPLuginFix app to convert the 2.8.2 version so it would work. Weird solution, but it's working now.

The latest release is mentioned here: https://github.com/robertklep/quotefixformac#latest-releases

Because it's not an "official" release it doesn't show up in the built-in updater of the plugin (from within Mail), which may be what has caused the confusion.
