Since you're also using other plugins, it might be an bad interaction between QF and those plugins. Try temporarily removing/disabling the other plugins to see if that solves the problem.

I have tried to disable the other plugins, but no success. Attached is the screenshot and it is not showing QF is enabled as it was showing before.

For some reason, the QuoteFix plugin may get disabled in the Mail general settings, typically after a reboot. It happened to me as well, once. I have no idea why.
If I have your email address I can send again. I had updated to Mojave 10.4.2and after that this problem started. So what do I do ?
