These were copied from https://github.com/rust-lang/rust and a copyright notice was added to the MIT license.
Per recommendations from https://rust-lang.github.io/api-guidelines/necessities.html#crate-and-its-dependencies-have-a-permissive-license-c-permissive, the crates and other supporting materials are all "MIT or Apache 2.0" licensed.
