Why is the project named "Otto"? #526

Hi,

I am curious about the origin of the name "Otto" for this project. Could you please share the story or reasoning behind choosing this name? Please tell me the meaning so that I can better remember this project.

The original author hasn't been around for some time and I'm afraid I don't know the answer to the question, sorry.

As this isn't an issue I'm going to close so it doesn't add clutter.
