What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start
2. restart
3. restart

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
108% perf

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3 windows

Please provide any additional information below.

lan 3 rovider dns with local resources.
first start - give me fastest dns for my region 108% faster than my 3 from 
provider.
Set DNS.
1st DNS "faster"
2nd provider
3rd provider2
restart test.
Local provider2 is faster than "fastest" 20.4%
restart test.
NEW!!! "faster2" DNS is fastest than my Local2 and "faster" on 42.9%.

What tested? need shedulled test for 24 hour. need more carefuly result checks 
and analytics of test.
May be add sites from chrome IE and other browsers history to add to test.
May be create a local specific to region (no need test chinas sites to usa or 
russian auditory as sample)?

In some cases, especially with other traffic occurring on the same internet 
connection, this may happen. The best solution for this is a larger test-pool 
(specify 1000 tests instead of 250). If 1000 tests isn't predictable, than 
neither is the connectivity speed to the servers during the course of the day 
either.
