Upgrade to the new version #2

Hi folks!

We need to upgrade the app in a Jira instance.

We need to know if there is any risk of loosing the current configurations made in this app in this Jira instance. If so, how can we save the current configurations to replicate them back after the upgrade?

This update is safe to perform. This app does not store it's own data, all of the data is stored in the product so no upgrade can result in data loss.

Oh, 2 more points. Firstly I'm going to be retiring the older version pretty soon such that it will stop working. Secondly with the new version of the app you can't choose to hide the display of the app to only a specific user, I may try to add this feature back in the future. Hope that helps!

Hi Robert,

Requested to please provide the option to hide it from being displayed to all the users as it was previously available in configure option. This really will help us as no body can change the properties except admins. Would appreciate your kind support for this. Thanks.

Unfortunately, I simply cannot, I am blocked by https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/jira/software/c/projects/FRGE/issues/FRGE-582?filter=allissues&jql=project%20%3D%20%22FRGE%22%20AND%20text%20~%20%22condition%20property%22%20ORDER%20BY%20created%20DESC where it does not allow me to use these features if I want the App to run on the Atlassian platform. When that feature has been implemented then it will be possible for me to do so @Sheeraztps .
