Scrape mentioned locations, products, etc. from features #141

When looking at a location, you should be able to see links to any of the tenant's features that it is mentioned in.

Can be mentioned as:

  1. tag within the body text
  2. list linked through the location criteria on a feature

Questions is how to do this—perhaps scrape upon save?

Completed for features to add locationFeature table and combine with links on location records.
