save file with many unforged (and forged) overclocks #41

hey there, i saw in the code comments that it may help if you had a file with multiple unforged overclocks to try and look into the issue of how oc's are parsed in the save hex? i'll attach mine here which has multiple oc's that are unforged / forged / unacquired.
