prepare all things for release 0.2.0:

[x] create branch gco -b release/100-release_0_2_0
[x] update package.json
[x] update contributors.md with script/contributors.js
[x] removing banner as requested by #98
[x] create tag git tag -a v0.2.0 -m "version 0.2.0"
