Taranis switches appear wrong #146

Probably known, but at least on Windows the up and down arrows won't work, both 
SxUP and SxDN appear as "Sx?"

In addition, I suggest that eeproms / templates imported from the 9x family are 
mapped to the switches that are at the same physical locations:
THR->SF
RUD->SE
ELE->SA
AIL->SD
GEA->SG
TRN->SH
ID0/1/2->SC

"Negative" switches (!ELE) should result in the same position (SAup), 
"positive" ones (ELE) to the opposite (!SAup). That way the behavior is as 
similar as possible.
