companion9x for MAC OS X doesn't start

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Upgrade from 1.34 to 1.36 - 1.37
2. and then start the program.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I just get an error to report it to Apple

What version of the product are you using?
1.37
On what operating system?
MAC OS X 10.8.4
Which firmware have you selected ?
openTx for 9X board
