V 1.39 crashes when opening flight mode tab

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Companion9X v1.39
2. Open EEPROM image (attached)
3. Open default model (Acacia)
4. Click on 'Flight Modes' tab
5. Click on 'FM1 (Cal)' tab

What is the expected output? 
I expect to see Flightmode info

What do you see instead?
C9X crashes with message "Companion9X has stopped working. Windows is checking 
for a solution to the problem"

What version of the product are you using? 1.39
On what operating system? Win 7
Which firmware have you selected ? r2660

Please provide any additional information below.

EEPROM image was last edited in previous version (1.38). Works fine with 1.38 
but crashes in 1.39 as described
