Custom mixer names reappear after deletion #204

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open attached .bin image
2. Open default model
3. Go to Mixers screen
4. Delete DifFlap
5. Delete FlpRt mixer

What is the expected output? 
Deleted mixer lines with default mixer names 'CH01' - 'CH32'

What do you see instead?
Custom names reappear on mixers previously deleted

What version of the product are you using? 1.38
On what operating system? Win 7
Which firmware have you selected ? Taranis / 2660

Channel names are get from limits not from mixers...

In that case, the problem is at Step 3!!! The mixer names as displayed in the 
Mixer list (CH01 - do not not match those in the Limits tab!!! It's only when 
the last mixer in the sequence is deleted (step 5) that the names are displayed 
correctly.

In any case, there is clearly something wrong between steps 4 and 5. The names 
shouldn't all suddenly change just as the result of deleting one mixer line.
