Mac OS 10.7.5 cannot run any Companion 9x version newer than 1.34 #207

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Opening companion9x update 1.40_2157.dmg immediately errors out with 
"companion9x quit unexpectedly." message

What version of the product are you using?
On what operating system?Mac OS X 10.7.5
Which firmware have you selected ?

may you report the output of:
otool -L 
versus the companion9x executable on your machine ?
