Burn->List programmers crashes the app on osx

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Installed dfu-util 0.7
2.using companion9x mac 1.41
3.selecting: burn->list programmers

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The sw crashes

What version of the product are you using? 1.41
On what operating system? OSX 10.8
Which firmware have you selected ? 1.41

Please provide any additional information below.

You need also avrdude installed to get programmer list,
but as you installed dfu-util i suppose you want use it with taranis radio
so please select opentx taranis in preferences and you will see that no get 
programmer list will be available, as there is no need for it,
You will only have available a file browsing button to select path of dfu-util 
executable.
