Suggestion for enhancement for trims

Currently the trim levers act globally within a set of related flight modes. 
There is no provision to add a flight-mode related modifier. 

Trim_value (fm) = Trim_lever_position (fm_group)

Suggest add a field to the flight mode menu 'trim modifier' so the user can 
specify a flight mode specific offset

Trim_value (fm) = Trim_lever_position (fm_group) + trim_modifier (fm)

This scheme would be provide additional functionality rather (i.e. it would not 
replace) the current trim mechanism.
