Trainer tab - show mode name #213

Please see attached picture first. Would be nice to have a label with the mode 
name (add or replace) which is more transparent than := & += signs.

The aim of having the same symbols is to teach people to use also the radio non 
only companion9x.
So I'm more favorable to a ":= (replace)"  and "+= (add)" description

Don't mind to have ":= (replace)" and "+= (add)" on list boxes values. This is 
also ok for me.
