Selecting timer trigger results in wrong trigger assigned. #220

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Select a Timer trigger source.
2.Simulate the Tx
3.Timer trigger source will be wrong.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
THRt -> ID0
RUDt -> ID1
ELEt -> ID2
ID0 -> THR
ID1 -> RUD

etc.

What version of the product are you using?
Latest
On what operating system?
Ubuntu 12.04, Mac 10.8.4
Which firmware have you selected ?
Opentx 9x

Please provide any additional information below.

Should be fixed on SVN now. Would you give it a test before next release?
