Support for Swedish voice

I have prepared Swedish voice files for the Taranis (32kHz in the right 
encoding). The files are a straight drop in for the English voice files but it 
would be nice to be able to download them using Companion, just as with the 
other languages.

The voice paockage is attached to this report.

The Swedish voice folder should be called se.

I will add the needed support in openTX to be able to select Swedish voice.
