New Swedish language files

After field testing of the Swedish voice on Taranis it is obvious that the weak 
speaker needs as loud and clear voice files as possible. I have tweaked the 
sound to maximize clarity and power and regenerated all voice files of the 
original voice. This voice is now called Elin.
I have also generated male voice files in a very distinctive Swedish dialect 
than that some may prefer. This voice is called Samuel.

I would appreciate if someone would replace the current Swedish language 
catalog with the ones I am appending. My assumption is that these files are 
hosted on a server that I do not have access to, so I can not do it myself.
