OpenTX doesn't accept this protocol (DSM2 on Sky9x)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Read EEProm from TX
2.  Attempt to Save or Burn EEProm
3.  This is using the Sky9x board

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When reading the EEProm from the TX, models that have DSM2 selected come up as 
protocol blank for RFModule 1.  Attempting to save or burn in this condition 
causes the error.

Conversely, Setting the Protocol to DSM2 in companion9x ends up with a setting 
of LP45 after burning to the radio...

What version of the product are you using?
1.47

On what operating system?
Windows 7

Which firmware have you selected ?
OpenTX  r2751   EEProm 215

Please provide any additional information below.
Everything else seems to match up okay.
