Custom switches not appearing in timers drop down list #262

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create a custom switch CS1
2.Go to timer setup in model config
3.The drop down list does not have the CSx list

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The list should have CS1 to CSW (it does on the radio)

What version of the product are you using? 1.47 build 2251
On what operating system? Windows 7
Which firmware have you selected ? Opentx for Taranis

Please provide any additional information below.
I loguued this bug for 1.47 and it was said fixed in SVN, but 1.48 does NOT fix 
the issue. CSx are still not showing
