Time value entry Issue #277

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Set a Boolean (Custom Switch) to be true if Timer1 a~, < or > 
2.Enter a value that is not modulo integer 3
3.

What is the expected output?
....Entered value is displayed
What do you see instead?
...an integer modulo 3

What version of the product are you using? 1.51
On what operating system? Win Vista
Which firmware have you selected ? Taranis

In the radio the parameter is modulo 3 seconds too. So it would be a nonsense 
to enter with different modulo here.

You are right: the proper thing to do would b to allow mm:ss input for timers.
Maybe next release.
